Shipping Method and Charges

Shipments are sent by Hongkong Post Local Courier for local orders; and Hongkong Post Speedpost for international orders.

Local shipping fee is HK$30 per order while international shipping fee is HK$200 per order.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over HK$500 within Hong Kong, and on international orders over HK$1,500.

Alternatively, you may also pick up your order at our showroom located in Kowloon Bay on Mondays & Thursdays.

Please make an appointment with us before your visit.

A notification email will be sent to you within 24 hours when your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

For local orders, deliveries will take 2-5 business days.

For international orders, deliveries by Speedpost may take up to 15 business days depending on the destination. Please refer to Hongkong Post Speedpost delivery standard for details. **We are still working on International orders through our website. Please feel free order through email or phone for the time being.**

Not available for PO Box address

All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm only.

Couriers will not wait for customers to have private fitting sessions

Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will be happy to exchange it under the condition that the product is UNUSED with its original packaging and shows proof of purchase.

All exchanges need to be made in person at our showroom for Hong Kong customers. Please bring the original product along with proof of purchase to our showroom. All exchanges will only be entertained within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
